For years, many Ohio school boards had been training and arming teachers and staff in their schools. But Bloomberg-backed anti-gun activists filed a lawsuit to shut down these security programs with the help of a bad Ohio Supreme Court ruling.

Ohio Rep. Thomas Hall talks about introducing and passing HB 99, a bill backed by Buckeye Firearms Association, that reversed the court ruling and, beginning Sept. 12, 2022, returns authority to local school boards and puts armed teachers and staff back in schools.
