In early August, 2021, Ohio Senator Terry Johnson introduced Senate Bill 215 to bring Constitutional Carry to Ohio. This bill would make concealed handgun licenses optional in the state and allow law-abiding Ohioans to more fully exercise their right to both keep and BEAR arms.
