The safety rules on a movueset ARE NOT the common rules that you and I follow. Most movies couldn’t be made if they followed your advice. There are real tv&movie safety recommendations. Among these ”no live rounds on the primary set - ever”. That rules was violated by some party but very likely NOT Baldwin BTW- no, it is not possible to safely check a 1873 Colt on-set, and NO it is not the actor’s responsibility to check.
