In the previous podcast, Dick Heller, the man who saved the Second Amendment, talked about his victorious U.S. Supreme Court case, District of Columbia v. Heller.

So now it's time to hear from the late, great Justice Antonin Scalia, who wrote the 2008 majority opinion in that case and forcefully argued that the right to keep and bear arms is an individual right.
